URL Rewrite from DBProvider as MapFile

Hello,

How can I get the behaviour you can see in IIS web site, for instance

http://www.iis.net/learn/extensions/url-rewrite-module/using-custom-rewrite-providers-with-url-rewrite-module

As you can see there is only text.

I've tested the solution described in the article linked before with the next values:

OldUrl: sections.aspx?id=3
NewUrl: sections/name-of-the-section

The problem is that parameter id=3 is considered a querystring.

Any ideas?
