Host Header Web Sites

Dear All,

I am using Host Headers on my IIS Web Sites. I have configured the Application Initialization Module following the IIS 8.0 Application Initialization guide. However, I'm getting HTTP/Bad Request because the module tries to hit my <initializationPage> using the http://localhost URL.

Any idea how to configure the Application Initialization Module to support Host Headers Web Sites?
