I tried to install this on both Windows 2003 Server and Windows 2008 Server and the installation appears to have completed by when attempting to view http://localhost/joomla_25 this error is experienced. Error 403.14 Forbidden. Any assistance resolving this would be appreciated.
Update 07/22/2012 3:52AM yeah I am a night person, anyway by adding one more step in the URL directory the congratulatory Joomla! You have installed Joomla appears so the URL should be http://localhost/Joomla_25/Joomla_25 I hope that helps someone else who struggles with this installation.
