I'm having an issue with audio tracks being ignored and am wondering if anyone has experienced this same issue or be able to offer some help.
I am using Rhozet to encode to H264/AAC. This produces MP4 files with 6 different bit rates. I am then running them through the Transform Manager via MP4 to Smooth Streams job. I've verified the the MBR files have audio tracks associated with them, but once they come out of the Transform Manager, the audio files are no longer there. Based on the Transform Manager activity logs for this job, the audio track is listed as "ignored".
Are there any requirements on the encoder side that must be met before running through the Transform Manager?
Let me know if there's any info I have missed that may help narrow down this issue.
