Checking rules for IP address filtering

Hi,

Is there a way to check if my grant/deny list actually works as intended?

A user claims he/she can't access my website with error 403.6 (Forbidden: IP address of the client has been rejected.)

I have a extensive list of denied IP addresses and the closest I come to the affected IP address is, (denied)

60.0.0.0, subnet 254.0.0.0 (which should affect all IP addresses starting with either 60 or 61)

But my "friendly" IP address is in the 62.20.*.* range

Can I privately check my own settings somehow?
