The Wait Operation timed out

Hi,

I have a webapp which runs a massive stored procedure in a event. In order to stop the time out, in my connection string I added the timeout attributes and set the value to be the 1200. On application's advanced setting tab, I have assigned 2400 to Connection Timeout property.

I have already created the suggested indexes using the execution plan on SQL Server and also have the updated statistics for my database but still I end up getting the below error message.

It will be really helpful, if you can show me the way around to solve this problem.
