application published and forest trust

 hi guys, we have one application (app1) this application has the same copy on intranet and on dmz where we have

dmz network: 172.18.1.x/16 - here he have one serve app1.INTRANET.LOCAL THAT NEED the "authenticated users from domain-1 and domain-2 with security permissions at the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\app1 directory, how can we set up this?

internal network: 172.17.1.x/16 - here we have the DCs for intranet and extranet domains (I don´t know why the extranet DCs aren´t on the dmz network, but I´ll try to know about it (it´s a legacy environment)

domain-1: extranet.local (dc1, dc2)

domain-2: intranet.local (dc1, dc2)

this application will intercept the connection from internet talks to intranet (app1 server) and will have rules that need to talk with both domains (intranet.local and extranet.local)
