Can't install Wordpress

Hello

I'm one of those who want to install Wordpress on a server behind firewall, so I have created a offline cache of ALL the products with this command:

webpicmd.exe /offline /products:ALL /path:f:/myofflinelib/

After some hours of work, it was finished and I got this in my DOS window:

Offline main feed:
file:///F:/myofflinelib/feeds/shadow-webproductlist.xml
To use the new offline feed, please run the following from the command line:
WebPICmd.exe /Install /Products:<products you want> /XML:(Offline main feed)

So with this logic, I ran:
WebPICmd.exe /Install /Products:Wordpress /XML:f:/myofflinelib/feeds/shadow-webproductlist.xml

I got this:

The software that you obtain using the Web Platform Installer Command Line Tool is licensed to you by its owner.  Microsoft grants you no rights for third party  software.

Successfully Loaded Feed : f:/myOfflineLib/feeds/shadow-webproductlist.xml

The following products are not available on this machine or already installed: W ordpress No products to be installed (either not available or already installed)

So I checked in the XML file and there is no <productID>Wordpress there!.. the <productID>Wordpress is in the shadow-webapplicationlist.xml ... So with a little bit of brainwork, I thought maybe I could put this XML in the command instead:

WebPICmd.exe /Install /Products:Wordpress /XML:f:/myofflinelib/feeds/shadow-webapplicationlist.xml
