IIS Windows integrated security username uppercase

Hello,

actually i´m facing a problem with the following installation W2008R2 64 bit , Tomcat 6 and isapi redirector. We use integrated Windows security for a trusted sign on. Basically it works beside the fact, all Usernames in uppdercase. There are any tips how to convert to lower case ?
