Publishing IIS7 ASP Website Externally

Hi All,

I have a local Windows Server 2008 server running IIS7 with a Website running ASP v4.0.

The server runs perfectly to access locally, and has worked fine. But now i need to publish this website to externally (Internet). I have bound the IP and set the approprite DNS hostname. I've configured the NAT on the firewall to allow and point the traffic from the external IP to internal IP on the server. 

Is there a step i am missing? This is the first IIS7 website i have published externally.

Short: I have a internal website running II7 that works fine, but as soon as i publish i cant access the website.

Any help would be great, as im in a bit of a bind...
