I'm trying to do a new installation. I've extracted the file and it created a new folder in c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Web Platform Installer\. When I tried to clicked on WebPlatformInstaller.exe it gives me this error:

I have internet connection and installed this to a Windows Server 2003 SP2, I have admin rights to the machine.
