I have a Windows Server 2012 running IIS 8 with Web Deploy 3 installed. I can publish my application successfully using VS 2012 from the local machine, but when I try to publish from a client using the same settings I get this error:
Web deployment task failed. (Connected to the remote computer ("ComputerName") using the Web Management Service,
but could not authorize. Make sure that you are using the correct user name and password, that the site you are connecting to exists,
and that the credentials represent a user who has permissions to access the site.
