I am new to programming and have started using WebMatix and have learnt a few basics about ASP.NET and Razor following the the tutorials on this link http://www.asp.net/web-pages/tutorials/introducing-aspnet-web-pages-2/getting-started and also from w3schools.com.
I would like to learn how to create Registration form and login form for my website.
I've checked the Starter Template in WebMatrix which has Registration form and login forms including user authentications, but when I go through the codes in the starter-site template I am unable to understand them.
I've searched google for some tutorials, but most of the tutorials I've found wont explain in details what each helpers do and a step by step constructions of a user login / registration page.
I would appreciate if someone could point me to some online tutorials where I can learn how to make a user authentication page step by step.
