PHP version 5.3.15 or greater

Hi,

If I'm looking to upgrade from PHP v5.3.13, which is in WPI 4, to version 5.3.15 or greater (5.3.18 is the latest), will the WPI have a newer version in the near future?

The PHP site says 5.3.15 fixes a security bug:

 http://us.php.net/releases/5_3_15.php

and it seems to imply that Windows users are affected too.  Is this a correct assumption or does Windows not need this update?

I have completed a manual test update, but some of the settings and configurations are different, so I'm trying to decide if I should wait for WPI to update or find out how to tune the manual install.
