MSdeploy v3 - impossible sync with customized replace rules

Hi,

i report too that custom replace rules as described here:

are not working properly on webdeploy 3.0 with iis 7.5. It could be just a lack of documentation or a mine mistake but im pretty sure that it isnt.

I hope you guys can give me a hand or give some hints that will allow users to start using properly this interesting feature.
