IIS 7.5 running, but not accepting connections?

I am new to this and made my first attempt to generate an ASP.NET appliction.  When I move the files over into IIS's area for services (C:\inetpub\wwwroot\myfirstnetapp) and then try to access it from another pc on our company's intranet, I get a message telling me that the webservice is running but not accepting requests.

 Can someone explain to me what I am doing wrong?
