IIS7 CKFinder File Upload Permission

Using IIS7 on Windows 2008 R2 I have a web application called "Customer Sites". I use ckfinder to do the file upload. The strange thing is that when the file is uploaded and I look at the permission it has "Customer Sites" in the security. I dont have a user named "Customer Sites" so im not quite sure. Problem I have is that ckfinder wont allow me to delete or rename the file unless the "Customer Sites" is also an owner with Full Control of the new file. I have some other files that I manually put on the server and i can rename/delete them because they arent owned by "Customer Sites" Can anyone give me advice on why its using my site name in the security and how to fix this.
