Hello to all!
I hope I am posting this in the correct section of this forum.
As the subject says, I am using WebMatrix 2 on Windows 8 Pro. I work on my laptop so I have taskbar auto-hide setting on to gain some real estate in my short 16:9 screen.
The problem is that while the taskbar works as intended with many programs running, when I switch to a maximized WebMatrix 2 window, the taskbar doesn't work anymore. It doesn't show when I move the mouse at the bottom of the screen and it came to my attention, that the subtle line of the top of the taskbar that is normally viewable while the taskbar is hidden, does not even show at all when I am working in the maximized WebMatrix 2 window. It's like the maximized window is truly full screen, overlapping whatever is shown on the desktop, including the taskbar.
When I revert the window to a smaller size, the taskbar is working again as it should.
Anyone else experiencing this? I guess this is a bug appearing on Windows 8 Pro only. Is there maybe an option I am missing?
