LogParser ERRORLEVEL=0 after error

C:\Development\report\Logs>logparser -i:CSV "SELECT * INTO raw.xml FROM 2012-06-05-log.csv"

Error: The specified input files are either empty or they do not contain any valid line

C:\Development\report\Logs>echo %errorlevel%

0

For this example the input file, 2012-06-05-log.csv, exists but is empty (zero length). I am trying to detect this using ERRORLEVEL and would expect it to set to a non-zero value after an error.
