I am using Expression Encoder Pro v. 4 and Transform Manager in IIS 7.5 to encode videos. In IIS, with Tranform Manager, I select template as "Video files to H.264 Smooth Streams and Apple HTTP Live Streams" to encode videos. Output files are produced in 2 seperate folders; one for Silverlight files and the other for Apple output files whose extensions are .ts, .m3u8, .ismx, .ism, and .htm
However, when I open any of those encoded .ts files in the Apple output folder with Windows Media Player, and I find the output encoded .ts files having some BEGINNING scenes cut off or lost. In other words, those encoded .ts files do not contain the entire contents as the original MP4-format file that is used to encode.
Please help. Thank you so much.
