IIS 7.5 SFTP with user isolation not working

 Hello,

   I am attempting to set up a FTPS site on Server 2008 R2.  I have chosen "Allow SSL Connections" in my FTP SSL Settings, and am using a self-signed cert on the server.  When I attach to the site using FTP, I am placed in my FTP user directory as I would expect (D:\Inetpub\%domain%\%user%)  When I attach to the site using FTPS, I am placed in C:\users\%username%, despite whatever I try regarding user isolation.

 Does user isolation work with FTPS, and if it doesn't, can I at minimum have my logon directed to the FTP root?
