Failed to load the given URL

Hi,

i'm using an asp CMS for develop web site. When i was on windows7 (II7.5) i hadn't issues. Now with windows8 (IIS8), many files like image, js, css ... doesn't load. When I inspect with firebug, there is this message :"Failed to load the given URL". 

How can i fix it ?
