Fail to find the BackupScripts.ps1 after installing Web Deploy V3

I am new to Web Deploy.

I downloaded and install Web Deploy V3 (WebDeploy_amd64_en-US.msi) fromhttp://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30436 and installed onto a Windows 2008 R2. I have tried to following the instructions posted here http://www.iis.net/learn/publish/using-web-deploy/web-deploy-automatic-backups but failed to find the BackupScripts.ps1 in the"%programfiles%\IIS\Microsoft Web Deploy V3\scripts\ folder. I only found two files there:

powershellcustomhost.exe & powershellcustomhost.exe.config

Please advice.
