Redirect URL from .html to .aspx

Hi,

I have IIS 7.5 with the IIS rewrite module installed.

I would like to redirect any incoming requests for this URL: www.domainname.com/_docs/testpage.html to instead go to http://domainname.com/Publications/Title/month/pid/143/Default.aspx

Any idea how I accomplish this with the URL rewrite module?
