/wp-admin/upload.php - The connection was reset - IIS 6

Hi I'm running 2003 server entreprise (iis6) SP2 (32 bit). The server hos no software firewall, but is instead protected by a hardware firewall (firewall stateful inspection) but there is nothing from that side that is blocking and most of the files on ii6 is being served.

So I have word press and installed plus the iis also servs normal static hmtl files that part works fine and for the most all files works in WP. However when I try to load in the admin interface:

/wp-admin/upload.php

and aslo:

/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woothemes
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woothemes_framework_settings
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woothemes_seo
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woothemes_sbm
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woothemes_framework_update
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woothemes-backup

The connction times out and I get the error

The connection was reset:

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I have a tread on WP forums (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-adminuploadphp-the-connection-was-reset?replies=5#post-3249027) on this sisue since I thought that it was a WP related issue but I've been told that it's related to 2003 server and II6 but I do not have a clue on how to solve this issue.

I've checked the iis logfile for that site/for the etries of the files listed above and all of the request from the broswers are not even posted (I guess due to the connection reset).

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks!

Daniel
