Redirect 301 and web.config

Hello,

i want make permanent redirect from:

http://www.lacartucceria.com/ver1/catalogo.asp?cat=80&pcat=61

to

http://www.lacartucceria.com/cartucce/cartucce-canon.asp

have inserted this code into my web.config:

<rule name="301 Redirect 1" stopProcessing="true">
<match url="^ver1/catalogo.asp?cat=80&amp;pcat=61" />
<action type="Redirect" url="^cartucce/cartucce-canon.asp" redirectType="Permanent" />
</rule>

but don't work, why?
