Clarification required. Transform Manager, HPC and GPU/QuickSync. Can they work together

1. The GPU needs to be connected to a screen and be activated.
2. Accessing the PC via Remote Access, VM, or via a service isn't supported.
3. If the PC is locked or accessed via Remote Desktop, the next encode operation will fail to use the GPU since it will not be available.

Can some please clarify whether I can use Transform Manager RTM with a HPC Cluster and still get GPU/Intel QSV encoding because the HPC does indeed had jobs off to workstation nodes that aren't logged on or if they are they are indeed locked as I suspect they would be in most configurations.
