IIS NOT WORKING ON INTRANET BUT WORKING IN LOCALHOST

HI

I installed Windows Server 2012 Datacenter Edition on My Dell Optiplex 760.

INSTALLED Applications

1. 11S 8

2. PHP 5.4

3. WINCACHE

4. MYSQL

5. PHPMYADMIN

6. OPENCART

I configured CGI, FastCGI and Allow Connection of Port 8080 in the Advanced Firewall Setting>Inbound but the result was shown below

Works Fine on the Server and the OpenCart was working too..

But on the another system which was connect through LAN it was displaying the result like this

In the below image now i changed the setting of Site Binding from Unassigned to the IP Address(I gave the system IP Addres) Now see the Result

But Now even in the Server too the site was Not working, It was not displaying any Images

Can u Please help to find the solution for the Rare Problem
