Windows 2012 Url rewrite module?

Upon searching the web... I didn't find any IIS 8 Url Rewrite module. Is there one? can you please share it with me?

I have posted a problem here on SharePoint forum regarding the problem of not being able to redirect HTTP requests to HTTPS.

Can you let me know if the URL ReWrite Module (for Windows 2012) can solve this problem? if yes, how?
