url rewriting

I have create a webside by webmatrix thats url address is that http://localhost:14592/ but i want my url have to behttp://webdesign:14592/  how can i do that using iis url rewriter.  can any one give me a step by step instruction from where i start and where to end and i can   get my wanted url address. thank you.
