Difference between IIS and Windows Azure.

Hi Forum.

I'm currently almost finish developing a web application on Visual Studio 2012 along with SQL server. I'm attempting to bring it online in order to test them out on my phone. However, I have came across 2 different things known as IIS and Windows Azure. Hence, I'm not very sure what is the best choice for me to bring my webapp online. I would appreciate if anyone can kindly tell me what are the difference between these 2.
