IIS-7 not working in Window 7??

Hi Every One ,

I Have Enabled IIS-7 in my system but when i tried to click on IIS-7 Manager it is coming in a state of minimised ,when i tried to Maximise the window it is not happening..

How do i maximise this?

Any Suggestion would be of great help.
