IIS Client Certificate Mapping "One-to-One"

Windows 2008R2.  I am using the following article to enable/config the certificate mapping authentication.

I enabled it but I am not sure where I have to place the configuration file.  I am using one-to-one certificate mapping.

Advise please.  Thanks!
