IIS Redirect/Rewrite Rule struggles...

Hi,

We are using IIS 7.x and I've installed the URL Rewrite module.  I'm trying to figure out how to create a rule that will do the following:

Redirect http requests from "http://customer.tesolutions.com/accounts" to "http://myaccounts.tecustomers.com"

Can someone help with how I can do this?
