SSL/TLS abbreviated handshake

Hi,

We added a SSL certificate in our Web Roles (Microsoft Cloud Service) with IIS 7.0. Everything works almost fine.

The problem is that we are not sure that IIS correctly supports the abbreviated handshake for SSL/TLS since sometimes the HTTPS connection requires lots of time, even when the SSL session ID should be still valid.
