Run IIS 7.0 Trace Viewer on IIS 7.5

Is there a way to install IIS 7.0 Trace Viewer on IIS 7.5?

If I run the traceviewinstall.exe from and elevated cmd prompt, I get several errors, one from teh GUI and another in the CMD window.  The CMD window implies it is installed already - if so where can I see the Trace Viewer GUI or the related .config file if I do need to remove the duplicate entry.
