WebMatrix 3 - when publishing, some files always says it needs to updated

Hello,

I have a strange problem in WebMatrix 3. I have a 3 php files, where everytime I hit publish, even immeditaly after without clicking anywhere else in WebMatrix (beside the Publish button to publish), they always shows up as needing to be updated. The rest of my php files on my web site don't have this problem.

I am publishing using FTP.

Here is what I tried:
-> Restart WebMarix.
-> Close Web Matrix, delete the IIS folder in "My Document" folder, re-add my website and reconfigure FTP publishing settings
-> Delete the file on my web server, and hit the publish button again in WebMatrix.

I am using (from the about dialog box):

I am running on: Windows 8 Professional 64-bit with Media Center Pack fully updated (just checked)
