Pattern URL Rewriting is not working

I want to rewrite existing URL's to new ones and to do this i am trying to rewrite it using URL Rewrite Module in IIS 7 but unfortunately i am not able to do that. I need your help:

I want to rewrite: domain.com/Apple-Mobile-Phones/AppleiPhone5MobilePhone.asp

to

New One as:domain.com/apple/appleiphone5-deals.asp

Please help me.
