Multiple SSL Certificates IP:Port combination question

Good afternoon

Can any please validate or make recommendations on the following:

Setup

• 1 Web Server IIS 7.5 on DMZ with two IP addresses say ( Internal IP's: 192.168.0.5 & 192.168.0.6)
• 2 Sites
  • Site A - (host header : www.sitea.com IP:192.168.0.5:443 )
  • Site B - (host header : www.siteB.com IP:192.168.0.6:443)
• 1 External IP ( xxx.xxx.xxxx.xx)

Can I route both domains to the same 1 external IP AND NAT the external IP addres to both internal IP's so sites will resolve using the host headers?
