testing an IIS 7 web page on multiple mobile devices

Hello:

I am trying to test pages I have set up on IIS 7 on multiple mobile devices. I have tried to follow this:

which is an older version of IIS. I am able to set up the web pages on localhost and have set up a virtual directory which works at the localhost/virtual-directory/

I want to know how to now enable access to the website testing it on multiple mobile devices without emulators.

My question here is how do i set up anonymous access to the virtual directory in the IIS manager to permit this? Are there other steps I need to follow in order to allow testing on multiple mobile devices?
