I try to upgrade PHP from 5.2.1 to PHP 5.3.24.
It looks to me, it is all more harder and harder for all of us. The installation or upgrading it is really something,, and some day we all will have be all script programmers,,, 
,, shouldn't the future look the other way around?,,, Regardless, I follow the troubleshooting here but no success,,
The webpages display a message; Service Unavailable.
and in the event viever shows; the HTTP Filter DLL C:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\fcgiext.dll failed to load. The data is the error.
Any idea where to go from here?? ,, please help,,
