Appfabric DLL GAC

Hi All,

I'm trying to use Appfabric server cache on multiple websites and want to avoid having to install multiple DLL files in multiple BIN directories.

I've read that you can use the GAC to store these files, but I can't get them to appear in there. I've followedhttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh351353%28v=azure.10%29.aspx and used the /GAC command line switch to try and force it to work, but it's not happening.

I'm using Appfabric 1.1, Windows 2012 datacentre and IIS8.

Am I missing something? My searches have proven fairly useless so far.

These machines are just for IIS, the AppFabric is hosted on separate machines.
