updating dnn

Hi there

I am new to webmatrix so please bear with me!

I created a new dnn7 website on my local machine by using the webmatrix app gallery. I then made all the content changes I desired on my local machine. I then used webmatrix to publish my newly created website onto my remote webserver. This is my company website.

I wish to update my company website to the latest release of dnn (7.00.05).
None of the content on any pages have actually changed between my local and remote websites, but as I have had users join my remote website, the database contents are now different, so I understand that I need to download or sync my remote database with the database onto my local machine - then I can update the dnn7 install on my local machine after taking a backup then after making sure everything is working fine I can then publish it back to my remote webserver, and so my company website will be running the latest dnn version.

If I open webmatrix and choose my local website, when I click on the 'remote' tab I see a button marked 'download'
When I click this button, webmatrix then compares the files and database on the remote server against my local machine, and lists any files that need updating or adding, it also lists that the database on my local machine needs updating.
I then click on the update button, and webmatrix updates the files, but then I recieve the following error when it comes to the database:

ERROR: Unable to download the remote database. For more information, see "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=205387"

Firstly, have I got the correct method in trying to update the dnn install ?

Secondly, any ideas on what I need to do to fix the error and 'sync' both my local and remote websites ?

Is there a better and easier way ?

Any help would be very much appreicated
