301 re-directs (how to on windows server)?

Hey everyone. I am a PHP developer and am used to working on Linux servers only. I need to do about 700 301 re-directs/404's etc. on an ASP site running on a IIS6 Windows server.

When I need to do this on Linux servers, I just use the .htaccess file to do the re-directs (simple). However, that obviously won't work on a Windows server.

I do NOT have access to the Windows server cPanel (host doesn't allow it), so I cannot go that route.

Is there any other way that I can do all these 301 re-directs on this IIS6 Windows server without having access to the cPanel?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
