Issue with adding custom module

I followed the steps in this tutorial http://www.iis.net/learn/develop/runtime-extensibility/developing-iis-modules-and-handlers-with-the-net-framework

But then had an issue with the part deadling with deploying the assembly to the server point #3

When tryin gto add a managed module..the drop down list with the module types is empty..Although my module appeared in th assembly folder
