Problems with Live Smooth Streaming on Windows Azure VM

Hi all,

I'm new to IIS Live Smooth Streaming and I have a problem related to it.

Here are the steps that I have done on the Azure VM:
First, I create a VM in Windows Azure with Windows Server 2012 as the OS. Then, I install IIS 8 using Add roles and features in the Server Manager. Next, I install IIS Media Services from Web Platform Installer. Finally, I create a new publishing point and start it.

Moving to my machine, I install Expression Encoder 4 Pro SP2 which I got from my MSDN-AA subscription. I set up a live streaming project using VC-1 IIS Live Smooth Streaming 720p as the preset (H.264 codec is not included with MSDN-AA version of EE4). After that, I type in the URL of the publishing point I created before in the VM. I click on connect and a popup window appears. It prompts me to login. I entered "IUSR" for the username and blank for the password (as far as I know, it is the default username and password for anonymous users, isn't it?). The status then changes to Connected.

Here comes the problem. Whenever I click start on EE4, an error occurred and causing the encoding job to stop. There is another popup window appears saying that the request could not be understood by the server.

Can someone please help me with this problem?
If I am doing it wrong, please correct me.

Thanks
