r-host and cs-referred are empty on log

Hi guys,

Hope can help me with this doubt, if both fields (r-host and cs-referred) are empty, it means that the URL was given by a local object instead of a redirection of some other site or instead of an user entry directly on the browser?, maybe a site marked as favorite in the browser of the user?

I just want to know why if r-host and cs-referred are empty then cs-uri and/or urlDestHost have data.
