IIS and Ruby on Rails

I have searched the net for several weeks now and all of the articles that I find are at least 5-6 years old, and none of them even come close to working.

I have Windows Server 2008 and I would like to run Ruby on Rails within it through IIS.

Does anyone have a recent step by step that actually works?  I have tried almost all, at least it seems that way, of the ones online, the 10 steps, etc...and not one of them comes close to even working.  They all seem to say download this file that no longer exists anywhere and put it in these places that are no longer used and everything will work fine.  Hmm...seem to be missing a few things for everything to work fine.  I would rather not run rails through apache on windows, I think that I should run it with windows' built in webserver.  If anyone can help me, I would be most appreciative.

Thanks In Advance!
