FTP Binding Problem

Hello,

I am trying to bind my FTP site to a specific domain. When it is not bound to any domain, I can successfully access my FTP site fromftp://mydomain.com (or anything pointing to my IP since it's unbound) using Windows Explorer or any FTP clients. When I add a binding for mydomain.com, it stops working.

Windows Explorer says "Windows cannot access this folder. ... Details: <none>".

This is what gets written in the IIS log:
