PHP warning: unable to load dynamic library php_name.dll .... Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden.

This warnig is issued for a few extentions at the start of php. The IIS-PHP manager shows these extentions as 'Active'. All .dll files are in the corresponding \ext directory.  The FullPath  of this directory displayed in the warning is correct. The libraries are used under IIS5 and PHP 5.4 on our old server.
